T Poker is a private home-game poker management app, operated by True Story Labs ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the T Poker app and any premium subscription you purchase. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms.
T Poker is intended for adults 18 and older. It is a scorekeeping and management tool only — it does not offer, host, or facilitate real-money gambling, and it does not process wagers or payouts. Players settle up among themselves, outside the app.
T Poker lets you track buy-ins, cash-outs, settlements, statistics, and (where enabled) optional educational and premium features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions. The price is $8.99 / month or $79.99 / year (USD); the exact, localized price (and any applicable tax) is always shown at the point of purchase and prevails over this figure. Billing is processed by the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play, via RevenueCat) on mobile and by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, on the web — we never see or store your card details. As Merchant of Record for web purchases, Paddle collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights that apply to you (for example, consumer rights in the EU/UK/US) are honored and applied at or after checkout as required by law. As the seller of record for web purchases, Paddle's full business and contact details are shown at checkout and on your invoice. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you have paid for; web purchases are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record; mobile purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies; and any statutory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you are honored.
T Poker is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any records, statistics, or settlement calculations are free of mistakes — you are responsible for verifying amounts before you settle up with other players.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Story Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or money arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, or affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email as required, and the current published version always governs your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at True Story Labs' principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide you greater protection — in which case those laws apply. We would rather resolve any concern directly, so please contact us first and we will try to sort it out in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and True Story Labs regarding the app. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
