T Poker is a poker strategy-study app with a home-game scorekeeping tool, operated by Tay Shofer, trading as True Story Labs ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the T Poker app — including any premium subscription, if and when one is offered. By creating an account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these Terms.
T Poker is intended for adults 18 and older. It is a scorekeeping and management tool only — it does not offer, host, or facilitate real-money gambling, and it does not process wagers or payouts. Players settle up among themselves, outside the app.
T Poker lets you track buy-ins, cash-outs, settlements, statistics, and (where enabled) optional educational and premium features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Some of what you enter in T Poker is seen by other players: your username and avatar, the names and descriptions of groups, game names and notes, guest names, and hand notes. You are responsible for what you post, and it must not be objectionable.
Objectionable content is anything that is:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive players. Objectionable content is prohibited, and so is using T Poker to harass other players. We may automatically refuse names and text that contain offensive words.
Reporting. You can report objectionable content, or a player who posts it, by emailing truestorylabs@gmail.com. Tell us what you saw and where: the group or game, and the player's username. We review every report.
What happens next. When content violates these Terms, we may remove the content, and may delete the account of a player who posts it.
Today, everything in T Poker is free and nothing can be purchased anywhere — in the app or on the web. Premium features are previewed honestly as "Coming soon": there is no checkout, no subscription, and no charge of any kind.
If and when Premium launches, it will be offered as an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play — we will never see or store your card details. At that point, the platform-standard disclosures will apply and be shown at the point of purchase:

Nothing is purchasable today, so no charges — and no refunds — currently arise. When Premium launches through the app stores, cancellations and refunds will follow the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms: purchases will be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies, and any statutory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you will be honored.
T Poker is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any records, statistics, or settlement calculations are free of mistakes — you are responsible for verifying amounts before you settle up with other players.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tay Shofer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or money arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, or affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email as required, and the current published version always governs your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Tay Shofer's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide you greater protection — in which case those laws apply. We would rather resolve any concern directly, so please contact us first and we will try to sort it out in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Tay Shofer regarding the app. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
