T POKER

Refund Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds will work for T Poker Premium subscriptions, operated by Tay Shofer (trading as True Story Labs). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Nothing is currently purchasable

Today, T Poker is entirely free and nothing can be bought anywhere — Premium is previewed as "Coming soon" and there is no checkout. No charges exist, so no refunds currently arise. The sections below describe how cancellations and refunds will work once Premium launches.

2. When Premium launches — subscriptions & cancelling

Premium will be an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, with the exact price shown at the point of purchase. You will be able to cancel anytime: the subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for — it is not cut off immediately. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the current period.

3. Store purchases (App Store & Google Play)

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply. We will not be able to issue refunds for store purchases directly. Request a refund through the store:

Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply to you (for example, consumer rights in the EU/UK) will be honored, subject to lawful exceptions for digital services you have begun using.

4. Avoiding an unwanted renewal

For App Store / Google Play subscriptions, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your store account settings.

5. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us at truestorylabs@gmail.com and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing error.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and the current version always governs new purchases.
